Andreas Voigt is an experienced auditor, tax advisor, and Certified Public Accountant admitted to practice in Massachusetts. He brings extensive experience from his work at renowned Big Four accounting firms and specializes in advising medium-sized businesses. As a lecturer in international accounting according to IAS/IFRS at Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences, he shares his expertise with the next generation. Andreas is also a member of the ISA Transformation Working Group, where he actively participates in the further development of accounting standards. His expertise and commitment to excellence in auditing and review make him a valued partner for companies seeking to optimize their financial processes and ensure their compliance.
Christian Rohde is a tax advisor with many years of experience in accounting, auditing, and quality assurance. He studied business administration at the Technical University of Berlin and lectured for many years on tax law, bookkeeping, and accounting at various universities, particularly at the FOM University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf. At Auditlab, his focus is on statutory auditing and internal auditing, where he supports clients with comprehensive expertise and a high standard of quality.
Abdo Hajji, Bachelor of Science – Senior Consultant, specializes in auditing and advising medium-sized companies. With a degree from the University of Duisburg-Essen and extensive practical experience, he makes a significant contribution to the successful support and development of his clients. His responsibilities include conducting internal audits and the detailed analysis and optimization of business processes. He ensures compliance with internal control systems and regulations and prepares precise reports that support management in making critical decisions.
Kristina Samii-Merkner is a multilingual communications expert with many years of experience in corporate communications and project management. She manages Auditlab’s communications activities, organizes international projects, and assists with reporting.
Jan Kortmöller, a consultant specializing in business management, combines in-depth knowledge with practical experience. After earning his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Duisburg-Essen, he continued his academic career with a Master’s degree at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf. As a working student, Jan Kortmöller actively supports the audit team at Auditlab Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, contributing his business expertise to the audit processes.
Abdul Wadood Naeem, or Chaudhry for short, is an experienced software developer and project manager with over eight years of experience in backend development, cloud infrastructure, and IT project management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bahauddin Zakariya University and lives in Lahore. Chaudhry is responsible for all of Auditlab’s IT requirements and leads the development of our proprietary software solutions.
